Yeah it's over BB is canceling every order from what I read. Would've been happy if they sent us $50 gift cards to fix the situation but nah we get nothing.


What a load of crap though, if that isn't false advertisement than I don't know what is esp when a competitor is having a huge sale the same day.


I was gonna make a purchase from BB today but now I'm looking for an alternative, gonna boycott this place as long as I can.

received cancellation email..i asked to speak to the manager on the customer service line...i think i must have spoke to 5 managers, they all said that the cards wont ship and its only a matter of time before they get cancelled ..it was a breach according to them.

Didn't eem get a cancellation email at first. Got a order is delayed until August 6th email. Like 6 hours later got hit with the cancellation email. Best thing about Prime Day was this, and we got hoodwinked twice.
