Anyone have any recommendations for a good LED Monitor/ HDTV? My priority is use as an external monitor first, watching HDTV second. Looking for something in the 23 inch to 27 inch range, budget is around ~$350.
External monitor use for my macbook pro.
-Viewing and editing in music software.
-Minor photo editing.
-Browsing web
-Standard MS Application work (Word, Excel, PP)
-Streaming TV / movies (netflix)
**I will not be playing any CPU games
Use as a TV:
-Standard cable TV
-PS3 gaming once in a while
My worry about going the LED monitor/ HD TV route is the compromise in image quality as an external monitor as compared to dedicated external monitors. However, I want be doing any serious PC gaming so low refresh rates is not a huge priority, just looking for something with crisp imaging which can also serve as a solid HDTV.
