I just watched Forgetting Sarah Marshall and it definitely is a damn good movie. As for movies that actually came out this year...still goes to the DarkKnight.

Hopefully. I mean, when Casino Royale came out, I felt that it was comparable to Batman Begins. A complete origin story, new actor playing therole, reboot of the franchise, grittier feel, etc, etc..

Now with QoS, much like TDK, it's a direct continuation of the previous movie, and the main villain is introduced. Obviously there is little hype for thefilm, but I'm really looking forward to how the story builds up from the previous.
