Best picture/video recovery software?

Can anyone recommend a good picture/video recovery program for memory cards?  I tried searching through the forum and using google, but I couldn't find anything useful.
I recorded a video at my sister's graduation and someone accidentally erased it from the card when they were looking through the photos on the camera.

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
