Boooooooooooooooooooy...

Valentinos in Alexandria, VA. Landmark plaza. You have to order a fresh pie to really test the quality.

Ledo's all day! Matchbox is real good too. Sol De Italia is another good spot I think there's 3 of them all in MoCo.

If you guys are ever in Northern VA check out Paisano's restaurant in Fairfax.. For a take-out spot their pizza is incredible.. And in DC/Northern VA Bertucci's restaurant might have the best pizza in the DMV area that I've personally ever tried

Bertucci's is good. I have been to the one in Old Town, Alex. Very good service as well. I do think their crust is very tough though.

Pete's Pizza (New Haven Style) has 1/2 all dine in pizzas at their Columbia Heights location. I bought a LivingSocial for this place but haven't used it yet so I don't know how good it is.

Flipping Pizza is nothing special. ANother Living Social used there. Dupont Circle location. Nothing special at all.

RedRocks in Columbia Heights is very good. Nice light crust with fresh ingredients. Nice burnt pepperoni.

I love pizza so I have been around.

Ledos - Cosign on it being really good.

Stained Glass Pub - (near Glenmont station) very similar to Ledos, it basically has a dive bar feel but the pizza is really good.

Matchbox - Good if you like brickoven, thin and crispy pizza. Their sliders are awesome though.

Armands - (one in Wheaton and one in Tenley town) really good Chicago deep-dish pizza.

Petes Apizza - Straight

Flipping Pizza and Zpizza - Nothing to brag about

3 Brothers - Good but I recommend getting whole pizzas, it tastes much better than when you get it by the slice.

Manny and Olgas - Similar to 3 Brothers (if I remember correctly)

When I saw that open up in Adam's Morgan I had tears of joy. Used to be the spot to head to when I was down in Winston-Salem, NC for school.

There's a new Muslim owned spot in NE in called "Today's Pizza" in Brookland that's really good. All the Pepperoni and Sausage is beef. Really good quality pizza.

Costco needs some mentions, their pizza is damn good. I have heard stories of it but having it for myself, this is some GOOD pizza.

Here are some spots that have not been mentioned...

2 Amys off wisconsive ave on macomb st.... More authentic italian style pizza

H & pizza on H st NE between 11th and 12 st.... place is good and cheap...

Pizza CS off rockville pk almost across the street from matchbox... great options on pizza toppings...

If your in Essex/PerryHall/WHiteMarsh area it has to be Pizza Johns. http://www.pizzajohns.com/  don't forget to try their cheese steaks.

If your in the Cockeysville, Lutherville, Towson area it has to be Maria pizza and carry out(York Rd). $5 large cheese on Sunday and Monday and $1 extra for toppings.

NOVA Pizza joints

Mario's Pizza in arlington, ghetto lil place but its bomb. don't take my word though, never had it sober, its the spot at 3 am after dc

We were on 8th street right up from the Marine Barracks and went to http://matchboxchinatown.com/ they have some of the best pizza I've had. Being a native NYCer I've tried a few of the below mentioned places and they were good but Matchbox take the Grand Prize. U will not be disappointed.

Roma Restaurant in Woodbridge...not that anyone would come to Woodbridge just for some pizza.

As far as chain restaurants go, I think Ledo has that hands down.
