Had the same thing happen. Nike has been a huge pain and keeps telling em paypal will fix this, however paypal claims they can't do anything yet. They couldn't even transfer me to someone more qualified. I feel like Nike should be the one fixing this as getting accounts hacked is quite a big problem. Not sure how it'll work out but definetly not happy with how this is going.

btw, does anyone know if this has been a big problem or does it look like it only affects a small amount of people?

Yesterday I received a random email from Nike with my one time passcode which I never requested. Just tried to buy a pair of Air Max on the SNKRS app this morning when I noticed that the last 4 digits on the card in the app were not mine. Then I noticed a strange shipping address in Ohio. Seems hackers are now getting in accounts and switching the billing and shipping info to get more chances to cop sneakers with legit accounts.
