Big Boi is nice, I think people are just really enamored with Dre right now...but honestly I don't know who the better rapper is from OutKast
 
I think 3 Stacks is top ten D.O.A, but Big Boi is definitely that dude. I have heard that Dre has recently been writing his stuff for him though.

Dude is equal to Dre in my eyes, lyrically. Dre just has a more noticeable voice (like how Jada is payd
more attention than Styles due to his raspy voice) and his flow is different.

But Big Boi gets it in.
 
He's my favorite southern rapper, one of the best lyricists of all time in my opinion. So underrated. A lot of people might not think of this but morerecently his verse on Rich Boy's "And I Love You"... CRAZY! "I'm out of your league, I might as well be IVY" Speakerboxxx is one ofmy favorite all time albums as well.
 
West Savannah is in my top5 Outkast songs. (and ringtone btw).
Big's appreciated.
