I think the shoes are legit.  The only suspicion I have with the shoes is the tongues look a bit choppy which may be a sign the shoe is illegitimate, but on some legit Black Flip 3s I have seen choppy tongues on them.  Other than that, the stitching looks pretty good, the box and the box label is good, and the elephant print is placed where it should be.
