Just had a LC done for my Infrareds, based on that, your pair looks legit to me. The 3M pops, the holes are spaced evenly, & there's 7 holes on the bubble by the ankle.

They look legit so far. If that is the original box, the store sticker will tell you theyre from a authentic retailer. besides that, the 3m is on point. Can I get a closer pic of the holes on the shoes to give you a definite answer?
