Depends on the store.  Some stores give out guaranteed tickets for a shoe in your size.  Others give out tickets just for the shoe but you gotta pick your size on RD and hope they're still available.

Usually day after raffle ends.  But keep your eye out on the threads as winners typically post that emails are being sent out.
