I don't know how many NTrs are on this but there's a niche music scene that's been emerging for awhile now in LA over at Low End Theory with Flying Lotus's Brainfeeder label, Alpha Pup, BTS Radio, supported by major press from LA Weekly. He used to be an intern over at Stones Throw which is how I found out about him. I'm a big fan of the sounds FlyLo has been pushing with huge jazz, Dilla, and electronic/hip-hop influences.
Check it out if you can.

Some artists I recommend if you're just getting into them...

First heard about Daedelus after listening to "accordian" off of Madvilliany and have been a big fan ever since, thought it's hard to describe why. Maybe it's because his music has an organic and mechanical sound, and its was so much different from what I've listened to. I'm not really familiar with the rest of the artists you posted but I will be sure to check them out soon.

Yeah. She'll be at Coachella with Daedelus too.

Another artist, Shlohmo is worth checking out. All of them are closely connected with ST., Jon Wayne is another dude coming up and he's currently a ST intern as well.

Ardour was beautiful.

Really wish I got one of the custom vinyl releases with his artwork.
