BrandBlack

it was able to make a lower midsole for a lighter more responsive shoe that gives an athlete proprioception or “ground feel.”

^to me, thats the greatest attribute of the shoe.  there is plenty of impact protection, but you have amazing court feel when planting, cutting and transitioning.

Is Jet-Lon closer to Boost, lunar foam, or micro g?
I would almost describe it as somewhat like adidas adiprene+ but a little better

Maybe I'm off on this... it's a little bit firmer ride than micro G but still has a liveliness to it.  Just from my experience in the raptor los.  haven't had a chance to play in my j.cII yet, apparently they changed up the compound a bit

Responsive, low to ground and durable = best cushioning

does it feel as low as the kobe 8? court feel on those were A1

I think a more responsive adiprene+ is a good description. I haven't played ball in them, but I like these a lot. They're incredibly flexible and surprisingly lightweight. The shoe itself is also very well padded throughout. I would say they feel pretty low to the ground, but I'm not sure how durable these are, and I wouldn't call these responsive compared to most zoom shoes, or as soft as most air max shoes but I haven't worn them in yet so maybe things change.

The only negative I'd have is that because these are so flexible and the material towards the heel is leather and cloth (at least on the futurelegends version i have), I wouldn't say these provide a lot of lateral support. But I really like these shoes a lot, they're comfortable, light, and well built. I'll probably pick up the all blacks and maybe the 3m/black/red color that was previewed at the Agenda show.

received my pair yesterday. I have to say these look and feel amazing. Next to the Jordan XX9 these are probably the most comfortable basketball sneakers out there. Of course I need to try them out on court first to say more but so far I really like what I see. The quality seems to be on point and there are some nice details like the dust-bag they come in or the small picture of the shoes on the box (makes it easier to find the right pair once you own more than one pair) etc. Well done Brandblack!

Those red force vectors are ill...I'm still waiting for them to put the falcons on sale though LOL

New to this thread here. seems like brand black is doing thier thing. Just curious, where do you buy a pair if they're even out? Is it more like the wades where they have thier own site and what not? Appreciate it.

Does anyone have a clue what the j crossover 2s will cost when they come out? The 1s are $140, but it seems logical that the 2s will cost more because of the woven upper. I sure hope that isn't the case though

The ones above aren't out yet but all other models they've released sell in a few shops but their website is your best bet

Waiting for a general release from FNL and other retailers. The BHM is the best colorway from what I have seen thus far.

I excited for these! Are those vectors the takedown of the JCII?
Not a takedown but they do use the same midsole and outsole setup.

We saw this with the J.Crossover 1 and the Raptor/Raptor Lo from their first round of shoes

^Hoping the blackouts see a pretty wide release.  Thought I saw that they would be somewhat limited though...

Man I'm down for the red/black pair featured in that press release, as well as for one more good one...  This is a shoe that I will not regret stocking up on.  Enjoying the curry 1 and clutchfit as of late but these will probably be the go-to for me for a while

Blasphemy!  Haha.  I'm looking forward to the release.  Very curious to see how these play.
Haha... I don't want to hype the F out of these, because I know there isn't anything necessarily groundbreaking with the shoe, but everything all-around is just solid to me... how they built on the good features from the first run of shoes... how they implemented the woven portion is just perfect imo -- you have that traditional back half which locks you in solid and then the comfort with a good balance of forgiveness/support up front.

Mad comfy and no distractions on court.  The Futurelegend probably look a little wack on me on court

 but I really don't care...

Those 3M silver joints

*drool* -- would probably get trashed way to quickly but NICE

I hear you man.  Only heard good things about these.  Everyone is just waiting for a general release.  Even the phone order shops sold out.

I like the design, another similar shoe I want to try is the KD VII, but I have enough air based shoes.  Solid at the heel, but flexible at the forefoot.  It's amazing how much my tastes have changed.  I used to be all about Zoom, but now my favorite cushioning is Micro G.  I barely give modern Nike BBall any thought these days, mainly because of the price points, even though I know they still put out great performers.  UA and BrandBlack are doing great things, putting out nice designs and keeping prices reasonable.
