Brandon Jennings is a top 3 point guard

His shooting percentages have improved which I'm impressed with, but that's where it ends.

i like what he's doing this season. considering he has no playmakers next to him and he has to play with drew gooden, dude is balling.

his shooting percentage sucks but its not totally indicative of his play. they aren't in any games if he doesn't shoot 15+ times

either way, brandon has been playing better than a few guys on that list this season, time will tell if he can keep it up
