Allow me to play devil's advocate here.I go over it in my head over and over. I don't have an inkling what the Ricin is for. Why he had that, when he had guns in his trunk. Can't tell if Jesse wants to fight, or just wants it to end. Or why Hank held back. Or why Lydia/Todd matter.
So, I came up with this......
Jesse and Hank will compare some notes, but they won't do it to take down Walt. Walt is dying anyways from Cancer.
Hank is going to bring in Jesse, and both of them will team up with Walt, to take down Lydia and the Todd "cartel"
At that point, the blue business is over. No more meth will be made in that area outside of the tweaker small business stuff. The major drug ring(s) will be finished.
I think that is why Walt left for a while, and is now back, with guns, to join in the war. Maybe the ricin is for Lydia, she obviously isn't out there with guns blazing, as seen by her hiding when the gunfight went down. Now, she told Walt in ep 1 that he was "putting her in a box" and then in ep 2 she goes down into a box/bunker. But the box can still be a coffin, when he plants a cigarette in her pack (somehow) before the shooting starts.
Walt will be killed, Hank will live and save face as he ended all drug trafficking in New Mexico, and Jesse will ride off into the sunset. Lydia dead, Todd dead, and Todd's uncle and crew all dead.
Hank and Marie, Skylar and the kids, all live on with Walt's money, which he will provide the coordinates to Skylar before the final showdown.
This is the best I can come up with. We'll see how I do.
I don't think Hank is going to change his mind about taking down Walt. He seemed adamant about making sure he caught Walt before the cancer got him (remember when he told Skyler he doesn't want him "running out the clock" + Marie is pushing him to catch Walt). He needs someone to confess and I don't think it'll be from Skyler
I'm not sure if Jesse will snitch either. Although he did mention in the hospital (after the Hank beatdown) to Walt that he has a get-out-of-jail-free card by giving up the info on Heisenberg back in season 3, I really don't see any other reason for him to co-operate with Hank. I still think Jesse has a certain loyalty towards Walt lying deep down inside and he still despises Hank for what he did to him. What will he benefit from this other than taking down Walt? He won't feel better about himself. He would put himself in potentially greater danger. I just don't see enough of a reason for him to snitch.
For Hank to take down Walt, he would either have to find a major piece of substantial evidence or he would have to find someone else to confess. Who else is there can spill the beans about Walt? Only other options I see are Lydia and Saul. Saul is absolutely terrified of Walt and his capabilities and he's a lawyer so I don't see him being the one. So I think it may be Lydia that becomes the snitch, especially since she's a bit of a loose cannon. She would do anything to save her own ***.
