He probably gets word the Blue is back in circulation and because there is no way Todd could never pull that off by himself, he knows Jesse is alive.

The question is does he still care for Jesse and try to save him or does he come back to finish Jesse himself.



His Family that he was saving the money for deserted him, so its very unlikely his motivation is getting back the 70 mil.

Even though they have deserted him, I still feel that he cares for them. I think he further accepts the fact in these two episodes that there will never be a happy family again.

I don't know if anyone has made the connection, but when you think of Ozymandias the episode has an amazing still capturing what Ozymandias is about. Walt was a true boss, he had everything, and in time he lost it.  While waiting for the guy to give him a new life, I saw it.  You see a guy who had it all, sitting there with a extremely small portion of his money, and 3 bags of clothes.  That's all thats left of the Heisenberg empire....Ozymandias...Heisenberg....King of Kings.....

My prediction:

Jesse is forced to cook. Walt is in New Hampshire. Randomly comes across some junkie who has blue meth. He comes back for his empire. He doesn't care about Jesse, no one wants to kill his family (Jesse wouldn't do that and Aryans don't care), if he cared about the money he wouldn't have left. The only thing left to his name after his death is Hesinburg. That's his legacy now.

He did that on purpose.  The police will eventually find out that she had knowledge of the operation, especially with the money laundering in the car wash.  So Walt had to threaten her to make it look like he had been doing it all along and Skyler had no other choice but to do what he demanded.

He knows when she calls out for her mama that he cannot make her into a pawn or a goal. She is pure potential. He has not ruined her—yet. She deserves a chance.

Holly crying and saying "Mama" was straight up heartbreaking I'm going to be legitimately sad if anything happens to her.

I straight screamed into my pillow when he stole Holly I couldn't take it.

This episode has Hank dying, Walt losing most of his money, Walt giving the go-ahead to kill Jesse, telling him about Jane, Jr. finding out, Jr. defending Skylar after all this time, stealing Holly, then disappearing. ALL OF THAT HAPPENED TONIGHT.

Hank He went out as I expected. With his pride and telling Walt he's an idiot Walt might be a genius, but he still fails to see some basic things.. they were never going to let Hank live.

Brilliant episode, worthy of all the hype.

I slept on this show until 3 weeks ago. Finished all 5 seasons (excluding the recent episodes) in 1 week. 

What was I thinking?

I agree, if he didnt still care he would have kept Holly and implicated Skyler on the phone. I cant see them working thing out with him or ever taking his money though. Im just thinking Walts return to NM is more than likely vengeance motivated and not financially.

That much has been clear from the get-go. For every moment of brilliance like taking down the kingpin Gus, there's been a rookie/bonehead mistake. It certainly reinforces the human element to the story. Walt may have always been Heisenberg, but he's still human and prone to stupid moments. Giving the Aryans exact coordinates rather than typical directions, Walt wasn't thinking at the time, but as Jack pointed out... it's an odd thing to do, which might mean it's a very important location (WHERE THERES 80 MILLION DOLLARS)

Maybe blue meth becomes an epidemic nationwide in the year Walt is away. Only way there is blue meth, is if Jessie is cooking. If Jessie is cooking, then that means they didn't kill Jessie like they said they would. So he's coming out of hiding to kill everybody. Jessie included. He could save Jessie like some theorize, but, I think he feels by Jessie turning on him, everything that's happened in tonight's episode is his fault. I don't think there's any turning back in their broken relationship now. I don't think he's coming back for the money either. It's been a year. That money is long gone. Nowhere Walt can get it anyway. And even if he could, its not like Skyler or Flynn or Holly can do anything with it, with everything out in the open now.

My prediction:

Skyler and the kids go into the witness protection program. Walt goes back and rescues Jesse from the Aryans but kills him shortly after. Flash forward to a few months later, Walt lives in a secluded mansion with only a maid. He is shown reminiscing about the events that made him into the man he is today a la Michael Corleone and then passes out. He is rushed to the hospital and the series ends with him flatlining.

Basically everything went downhill when Jesse went to go kill the 2 guys and Walt saved him.  That was the beginning of the end.

somehow jesse gets the aryans to go after walt's family. walt comes back to finish them off. jesse wanted walt in jail before all this. not dead. after what transpired and after jesse's 'family' were disclosed to the aryans, all bets are off. jesse wants walt dead.
