Breaking Bad Thread - "El Camino" - A Breaking Bad Movie on Netflix 10/11

Anna Gunn (actress who plays Skylar) likes to dress sexy in public appearances it seems. Is it me or does she look like a man, like a drag queen? She needs to stick with the middle aged mom look.

She looks much better in Deadwood..Less mannish

I was going to say the same thing. Her features seemed softer in Deadwood and I wouldn't have hesitated to get in that back then. She looked really skinny at the Emmys.

Something original I just thought of...how dope would it be if Walt walked into a diner, everything faded to black, and "Dont Stop Believing" started to play?

Leave everything up to interpretation.

everything fades to black while the camera focuses on the top spinning on the table

Lights come back on and there's Walt Jr. eating a stack of pancakes; Louis then comes from behind and blasts him with the nina.

Since there's going to be a ton of theses lists anyways...

#1 and #5?! :x :{

I mean #1 was good and it was funny, but I don't think it was worthy of #1. Then again, there are so many great episodes, that I don't think I could even rank them myself, haha

Box Cutter at 50?:rolleyes

Bear with me y'all.

The wood working thing is still stuck on my mind. Vince gave 'woodworking' as a hint for the final episode. There was a casting call for a woodworker, 18-30 for Breaking Bad SIX MONTHS ago. Seen it on Reddit. Some NTer in here maybe 3 pages back said the music during the credits of S3 ep9 is the same music from the last episode. I didn't really check but what I do know from that episode is that's the episode Jesse talks about trading his wood working piece for weed.

I really think this is going to tie in big in the finale. The finale is Felina. Blood Meth Tears? Anagram for finale? That one El Paso song? Yes but also feline in Spanish. We already know about Heisenberg. Erwin Schrödinger another physicist, who had a theory, Schrödinger's cat, a scenario presents a cat that may be both alive and dead, depending on an earlier random event.

I think people will die in the finale, maybe everybody, Walt, Jesse, but then it's some crazy rewind flashback where we see Jesse not trade that wood work piece in that instance, and his life never 'breaks bad'. Walt's and Jesse's life course doesn't lead up to the meth game and destruction if Jesse never traded that wood work for weed.

Everybody is alive and dead, according to that cat theory.

I been thinking way too much about this show hopefully it made some sense :lol

On some Lost-string theory-alternate universe bs? ugh.
I'd be pissed. Truthfully...

That's the only way I can tie the wood working angle in. :lol. Or maybe it's more Jesse while being imprisoned has a flash back and wishes he had gone through with his maybe work with his hands thing as an occupation like he admitted to the support group that episode.

Damnit man. Sunday can't come soon enough.

If done right, I like that.

Go the wrong way tho, and it'll be JR Ewing level bs, but if done properly, that could be a cool ending.

There's zero potential for that to be done right, that would be an outrageously insulting finale to the show :lol

It's a fun theory and clever for sure.. but for all of this to have been just a potential reality :lol yeah... no. This show doesn't even play around with dream sequences like The Sopranos did, so something like that would be the easiest way for this show to destroy it's legacy :lol

Just stick the landing. At this point it doesn't have to be the greatest finale in the world, and to be honest, I don't need it to be. Too many people place unfair emphasis on finales. It's not meant to be the greatest episode in the show and it shouldn't have to be. This show has more than done it's job, so if the finale is simply a B/B+ episode, I'm fine with that.
