My prediction anyway

He set the M60 up on a robotic arm (remote controlled or timer set). When Aryans, and himself, are in range, after a talk, he is gonna set it off and its gonna spray horizontally across the whole crowd. That's how he knows he's dying. The question is whether Jesse will be cuffed in a car and out of range and if he lives. Walt goes out with the Aryans. We see Lydia in a hospital bed or dead at home bc the ricin at some point.

That's my prediction at this point for sure

I'm just saying, people were so biased towards Walt that they didn't understand it was all his ego. He could have easily stopped when he eliminated Fring, but he didn't.
