I guess this has something to do with that movie 21

.. anyway..check it out..

I think they've shown this before.

We already have enough dummies coming here with "formulas" to beat the house. This movie's probably gonna help the casinos out and make a lot of"geniuses" a little bit poorer

I read the book last night and this morning - a good read. Interesting stuff. They killed for a couple of years - the main guys got around $2m each.

Yeah seen this a few times. This may be better than the movie 21 since the actual team members are talking about their experiences in this one. Or is the movie21 based off a different MIT team b/c I know there have been multiple teams in fact i think they still produce new teams

Is it just me or does the History Channel do this sort of thing a lot? Where they pick up the topic of a "hot" movie and basically try to make alow-budget educational version of same?

I remember seeing a Spartan/Thermopylae one that was practically a scene-for-scene recreation of 300. (And I remember thinking that this is going to be acopyright lawsuit for sure.)

Well, I haven't seen 21 yet so it might be different . . . you tell me! If the History Channel interviewed the guys in Bringing Down the House andacted out the scenes or whatever, it'll probably be close to a movie based off the book.

Anybody know when this is on again?
I've read the book, saw 21 last night, so I'm interested in seeing this History Channel piece

if i recall correctly, the first time i saw it was when they had a "Breaking Casinos week" where each day, they showed a different story aboutsome guy or group of people who figured out a way to beat the casinos at their own games by "cheating."

The main characters like Jeff Ma, etc. made around 2 million, it wasn't for a few grand
