Can someone please tell me if these are legit, everything seems to check out, the only thing is that the leather seems smooth on these but is still soft to the touch. Please let me know !

These are fake.

The pair you posted a couple of years ago was also fake: https://niketalk.com/threads/banned-1s-2016-lc-thanks-in-advance.670842/
You were right about the lace bag and the shoe trees being wrong.

Some easy flaws to look at, that are in both pairs you posted, can be seen on the box label. There is a dash on some of the fake box labels that is a bit too high, see the example below:
Bred box label.jpg

The other is the lace bags. Both pairs you posted use the wrong lace bags, you did catch this in the last pair. But the laces are also wrapped incorrectly. Nike doesn't wrap their laces like the pairs you had. Here is an album with examples of how Nike typically warped their laces:

These may help you next time you are looking for a pair. If a shoes does not have ether of these flaws, that does not mean they are authentic. These are just some simple things to look at, in my opinion.

Some more pics.

The seller claims they are 100% authentic and showed me this receipt from Nike.

A lot of people that sell fakes claim their shoes are authentic, that does not mean much these days, and a receipt does not prove authenticity either.

The leather does look off to me as well, the leather typically should look tumbled, but not be over tumbled. The tongue tag looks off, the letters look a bit sloppy on those photos and the spacing seems off. As I mentioned the box label and lace bags are wrong.

Here is someones authentic pair you can compare to:

I am not sure what batch you got, but it might be this one
