Fogo De Chao hearing so much about it looks like i'll have to be checkin it out during dineLA. For more info http://discoverlosangeles.com/restaurantweekv2/details.html?id=7825

Bellagio buffet in vegas was definitely on point. I got to go right before the switched to there dinner so i got to taste a lot of there breakfast items and it was really good.
Wynn went for dinner and it was good as well but really i thought bellagio and wynn offered about the same. So you really can't go wrong with either.

AYCE Sushi - definitely worth it especially if your out in the IE and I'm being serious.

CiCi's gives me the RUNS.
There was a Chinese buffet across from my brother's high school called Wok of Fame... place was so greasy you could take 3 steps from your table and slide to the food trays. Ugh.

I ate like 2 of those mini slices and was just grossed out. Food must really not be good in other parts of the country for people to give CiCis the

There are tons of quality restaraunts down here. The main reason people live cicis is because of the prices and it hits the spot when you're

I'm appalled...I really hope you guys get the chance to go to a good sushi buffet. FYI that's not exactly how they work either.

Anything like this in the bay area?

theres quite a bit. sushi 85 in mountain view, sushi factory in milpitas, and sushi infinity in san jose are run by the same owners i think. there's also ninikimono in newark. kokyo's in downtown hayward serves buffet style, but they make the sushi right in front of you while you look for other food to eat.

I've been meaning to check out Sushi Factory after seeing some of their items on Bodybuilding.com's Meals Eating Now thread. How is that spot? Do you get to order anything on the menu typically from a more "traditional" Japanese restuarant?

I might have to check out Kokyo's too since I just started working in Hayward.

If you're in San Francisco, I haven't been to these spots but I know of them, there's Sushi Hunter in North beach (around $26 a person) and there's Masu in San Mateo (around $12 a person).
Sushi Factory is hit or miss depending on crowd and service. Because they have two locations (Milpitas and South San Jose), they often mix their staff with the two locations. They have your standard rolls, nigiri, and hand rolls, but nothing outrageous. I would recommend sitting at the bar since service tends to be

. Out of the ones that were listed above, I'd go with Sushi Infinity. They have pretty good service, and are pretty quick. The owners of the place used to be the Chefs at Sushi 85, which is why they're practically the same.

Best Korean BBQ Buffet in the Bay Area = Palace BBQ Buffet in Santa Clara

I heard they change owners/management and the place has gone upside down, is that true??

i havent been there in like two months, but last time i went it was pretty much the same.

and for the record, its really rare to find a legit all you can eat sushi buffet thats ran by Japanese people. Most if not all are ran by Koreans, Japanese sushi is more serious in a way

fuji's in davis was co-owned by chinese and vietnamese people.  the vietnamese owners left and opened davis sushi buffet.  both taste exactly the same and are the same price.  i preferred davis sushi buffet because it was a little bigger and cleaner than fujis.
Man, back when I was in HS me and my pops would make the drive all the way to Davis and stand in that god damn line before it opened
laugh.gif
The length of that line sometimes was mind blowing

Sushi 85 in Mountain View I'd say is on par with Fuji's in Davis. Good Quality for all you can eat.

Not my pic btw.

They also have a Batman roll and a Spiderman roll. Batman again proves his superiority, this time in sushi form.
