I just saw these the other day and read up on them. they were made as a promo for niketown shops when the real 7's came out. yes they are real and no youprobably cant get one.

They are 100% real.

Niketown Chicago had a pair in the hallway of the men's bathroom. I saw them the day of the Love Truck stop there because it was raining and went up thereto dry off.

They were behind a glass display case and I never took a picture.

There was actually alot of these made, just most of them got destroyed and throw away.
They were mostly made for marketing, some of the high end stores got them for window props.
