he has 7 days to pay, i hate when sellers try to pull that payment is expected in 24 or 48 hours crap when they know damn well ebays rules say the buyer has 7days to pay.
its also funny when sellers try to threaten to leave negative feedback as a form of intimidation knowing damn well they can't leave negatives anymore.
with that being said your in the right on this one, this dude aint gonna pay and it sucks you gotta wait 7 days but just file the claim and get your finalvalue fees back and relist again it sucks you gotta go through that hassle
