Buying a Car Off Craigslist?

Yea, I'm leary of cars that's got plus 100k miles on it...especially even before I buy it cuz I KNOW I'm about to put some serious mileage on itcommuting from work and home. Thanks for the insight.



Anything else I should look out for? I know to stay away from salvage and go for Clean titles. Less than 100k. Is there anyway to get a carfax for free?
