Breaking his face would be the bonehead thing to do when your career was almost ended by beating up a pop star and having to go to anger management for it and being on probation. Some things are just not worth it. Dude dont wanna shake your hand? Cool, keep it moving. He's got too much to lose and nothing to gain. Wrong, Frank called the police. A report was filed, which then becomes public information. TMZ has people that search police records 24hrs a day, as well as people they pay at police stations, restaurants etc. to inform them when anything happens.
