Just wanted to give heads up to fellow Nike talk memebers to avoid these people at all cost. Customer service is joke
Checked out for a ultra boost, the website malfunctioned and gave me confirmation for a $200 diadora. Emailed them immediately to cancel since the site had a glitch, only for them to email me back 2 days later to say that I had to email that request to another email address (customer service email wasn't sufficient for this "huge" company). I then emailed the request to the specific email for that and they email me back saying my order can not be canceled because it was beginning to process. Mind you it didn't even ship or have tracking yet. PayPal despite and case all the way. These crooks want a 30 euro restocking fee for return including covering of shipping by me. Never gonna happen. Watch what this PayPal do lol. Do NOT deal with them!!! Crooked all the way!
