I am leaning towards fake.
The bottom soles are off. The toe box and the swoosh look a bit off to me.
What size are they? Where did you buy them and sellers name?

They are a size 9.5 and are used. I was stupid and bought it on offer up they looked good and he had the stock x tag and everything but I made a rookie mistake.
