Can I reminisce? Vol. 2011 sucks

I thought 2010 was bad but man oh man 2011 is VERY depressing.

Everyone around me is dying! First was my grandmother (old age), then my uncle (my dad's cousin), then my neighbor (died from a heart attack one day after his birthday in his gazebo across my window), then a female friend (jumped to her death) and earlier this week one of the younger people I looked up to. (suddenly died from Hypovolemia at the age of 30, well-accomplished individual)

Also back in February my eldest brother fell ill and the doctors found a kiwi-sized tumor in his brain. He went through two major operations. It's been 8 months and he still hasn't been the same.

The last good year I had was two years ago!

And I have this two and a half week trip to thank for that. (I would've posted the photos here but I got over 2,000 of them)

Not trying to advertise my blog. I'm happy with the number of hits I've been getting. I just didn't want to post over 2,000 photos and freeze your browser. It was either the links I posted or my facebook photo albums.

girl that I thought was "the one" broke up with me a couple months ago after 2 years.
have had a falling out with some good friends, we just seem to be going different paths.
have been real unsure of my career path, and 6 years in it almost seems pointless to quit but I dono

Me too.

Sorry for your losses Krux. I've lost a few people this year too, my grandfather and 2 friends who killed themselves (they may or may not have been accidents, the situations are really weird and no one really knows if they meant to end it, but they ended up taking their own lives in the end).
 
Dam uncle you hella old. But furril tho sorry for your losses, I hope 2012 is good to you. Just keep your head up man. You got my prayers.
 
2011 has been going pretty well for me. It isnt over yet but I got to make sure it counts. Hold on OP, you'll have better times ahead.
 
2011 is the first year I have felt serious nostalgic pain. I'm only 20 and I dont like what I see happening in the future. Hell, I dont like what I see going on right now.

It was horrible, love, family, career, finances all took some of the worst hits possible. I wanna just curl up and bawl it out for a good minute and come out ok. I can't cry though, i'd have to focus.
 
real talk I want to make a considerable amount of money and leave the social world behind...this $%++ is stupid
