I feel you on that. I don't put anybody in the top like that unless they drop an official solo rap album. I hate when people have GOAT lists
made up of people who don't even have solo mixtapes, much less real albums. That's why I will always say Big Boi >>>> Dre 3000 until

The Love Below still gets spun regularly by me. I wouldn't mind a new Outkast album though. Idlewild was almost 5 years ago

3k has solo material recorded & hes still workin on his album. Some ppl have some of his material as well as new kast & say its coming along really well. Its just a waiting game on when he will release it when his finished
