problem was Pharrell primarily based his style on da fact that he wore slimmer clothes at da time da baggy era still reigned...
you look at da grindin' video now in 2017 and Skateboard P got on ish thats regular degular in this era..gold cubans, yellow flooded watch, slim tee & slim jeans.
everyone adapted and he lost his novelty.

Baggy clothes ain't never coming back 
Style has literally reverted back to the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Funny thing is, baggy clothes era was a short run, only from like 1992-2009.
