Definitely a sticker and most likely a K. Johnson jersey. Looks like the bottom of a "7" poking out under 5FT's arm.

Nah bruh, that looks like a "4" as in 34. If it was really a 7, the edge would be smooth, but if you look closely the horizontal part of the "4" is sticking out. The font and numbering for those Suns jerseys didn't have the stylized numbers. And Barkley was the man in 93' . 5FT was prolly rocking the matching OG Nike Air Force Max's to go with it.
