Cirque du Soleil perfomer falls 50 ft and dies... tragic

Thanks for posting this. I share with my colleagues. OSHA is definitely going to be involved in the investigation.
 
Pretty sad ... to have to hear her screaming on her way down, and then hear here screaming on the ground :smh:
