As a Duo, they've got quite a few albums (Damn Good), considering Duo's don't stay together historically for that long (of course OutKastdoesn't apply here)...
They've got an established fan base...
Clothing line (which doesn't look extremely transient/seasonal...I won't lie some of it is dope and I usually hate rapper clothing lines)...
Movies...
I heard even some production???

They're definitely on something here...

Nah...

lets compile a list of all the actual moguls over the years, then we'll add Clipse to it for #!@@$ and giggles and see whose name doesn't belong.

I guess the people that actually buy their albums are from NT

I'd rather have a smaller, loyal, cult following then be a mogul with the responsability of conforming to popular culture

They are one of the LAST groups I could ever see, coming out with a clothing line.

But they did it.. props

Why?

Ever since they've came out they've been on a fashion tip

"I could never be a thug, they don't dress this well"

When they dropped on it was of no surprise to me.

Clipse are definately ahead of alot of other rap acts when it comes to fashion I was not surprises at all. I honestly think Play Cloths is a pretty dope"rapper" clothing line I actually expect the prices to go up on it because of its other notable family members (BBC, ICE CREAM, BAPE).....

the content on Til the Casket Drops is traditional Clipse dope $@@$ with an interesting as well as surprising twist of perspective and spirituality . Theproduction from the Neptunes is a little more commercial than usual..initially it came off forced....but it still sounds pretty damn fresh sonically. Not tomention the additional contributions from Sean C and LV, as well as DJ Khalil brought some much needed balance to the record.

Honestly at this moment in time I listen to HHNF, and TTCD more than Lord Willin....probably cause I haven't really played Lord Willin all the way throughin forever

How you gonna compare ear time between an album that came out a month ago and an album that came out eight years ago though? Of course right nowyou're gonna listen to TTCD more. And I wouldn't call TTCD traditional Clipse dope !@** at all, far from it. Album is solid, and I'll give it sometime but it's probably not ever gonna touch either of their first two albums.
