Coffee Shops in NYC/Brooklyn?

I'll be in NYC for the first time in Mid November. I'll be in the Manhattan and Brooklyn area for most of my trip. I've looked over the NYC thread for places to go to, but found no coffee shops. Any of you caffeine addicts got a special spot to recommend? Please share! It'll be much appreciated.

Here is my local coffee shop in Bushwick. Has a neighborhood/family feel. Very cozy.

This is my favorite spot. More busy as it is in Williamsburg. Real strong Americanos. Kinda hipsterish but that is expected in this area.

Qathra in Ditmas Park here in Brooklyn, rated best coffee in NYC by the daily news. Also has a hipster/yuppie vibe, but very good.
