Configuring a SSD and HDD? (Windows7)

I have two drives on my computer: SSD and HDD

SSD for my programs
HDD for storage

Problem is I have no idea which drive my programs/files are being saved to.
How to I direct my saved files to the HDD?

Help out a noob.

drive d would probably be your hdd
that is all you need to know, the rest u figure out

Yes,


Everything gets saved to the C drive.
Then I have to manually move things to the D drive.

How do I save on the D drive to begin with.


I have no idea.

Word. If you're using Mozilla, go to Options, the first tab (General) has an option that says "Ask Me Where To Save Everytime" or something of that nature. Then you can manually save it to your D:\

or whatever torrent programs you use to drive d
how is the ssd btw
