Jerry is the GM. Sure he's put some talent on the field but his decisions have also been costly too. He decided to be cheap and go with a CB at FS. He decided to go with an unproven kicker and so far, in every loss, Buehler has missed a critical FG. Hell, it was Jerry who had Jason Garrett aboard in 07 and crowned him as the next OC and next assistant coach superstar before Wade even became coach. Wade is nothing but a puppet/Yes Man for Jerry anyway...and that's the issue when we're talking about bringing in a new coach. The only way Jerry gets a big-time coach to come is if he gives them enough control/authority like he did with Parcells. No way Gruden or Cowher is gonna agree to come here and be a puppet for Jerry.

^^ur right but it's still a win especially when we were picked to lose. So I'll rephrase and call it a big upset win
