How can this dude draw his reflection from the sphere


escher draws the image normally onto a standard grid of squares. then he makes a grid that converges the same way a 3d sphere would. then it's just amatter of filling in the squares. cool stuff.

i used to draw for my school back in junior high and hs. i remember my teachers used to always tell me make it into a profession.

so i did. drew portraits for my female classmates just like in titanic.
