Crooks and Castles sizing help!

I'm thinking about ordering a C&C baseball jersey, but I have no idea how it'll fit. I'm 6' and 180lbs. Should I go with a M or a L? I heard C&C t-shirts tend to run a bit big, is that the same with jerseys?

You're probably right. Only reason I considered it was because I found it for 40% off. Appreciate the help though, repped.
