Secretary-Roxanne presented minutes and conducted roll call of all organizations
Treasurer-Dylan reported the current ACES council balance of $181.60 & opening new account at Wells Fargo. Contact him for more appropriation forms

Senate Reports: Resolution #1-Pass resolution as is meaning no need to attend student affairs to receive funding for students.
Resolution #2- Pass resolution to keep same logos for 5 years
Club Reports: Caravan Oct.1st for UNM game
AGR- Schedule meeting on Oct. 6th
AFCS-2nd meeting Sept.15th @5pm. Oct. 7th& 8th Culture event
Block &Bridal-Judging @ State Fair & Oct. 1st will attend Southern State Fair
Collegiate FFA-First meeting Sept. 15th @ 6pm Ag. Institution
Pre-Vet Club-Sept. 8th first meeting& Dog wash Sept. 24th
Floral Club-weekly sale 8:30am-11:30am every Wednesday & meeting on Sept.13th @ 6pm
Pole Team- Start Tues/Thursday practices & Oct. 15th tournament. Open a new Facebook.
Range Club- Planning a trip to Northern Mexico
