I wonder if all this comes from slavery? Like us being extra clean because we were viewed as dirty and our views of dogs come from the fact that slave owners treated dogs better than us and first chance we got we treated dogs as they were beneath us.

I usually see the message at trendy spots that feature some type of burger.
I looked it up and the reasoning makes sense (the chef wants you to taste the flavors). But it’s kind of wild to print on the menu imo
