No, they just have 2 sales (half year & full year) each year and they just had one a few weeks ago. Other than that I’ve never seen any coupon codes

^I used a coupon code for free shipping w/ Nordstrom once
I actually didn't find any searching so I typed either freeship or shipfree in the coupon code box and it worked to my surprise
this was over 10 years ago so surely it is no longer valid

From my knowledge they only send Ebucks to certain members. When I get Ebuck offers, Ebay sends them to my inbox. If it ain't in your inbox, more than likely you wasn't selected to receive it.

To view how much Ebay bucks you have on phone, set the browser to desktop mode and go to Activity > Summary>Buy> Ebay Bucks
