They said it was closed because they thought I was a reseller...I ordered a backpackHibbet was too good to be true for me, they sent me each shoe with a missing pair... . Just one single back pack. Called them 3 times and and went back and forth via email. When everything was resolved and they reopened my account, the backpack was sold out.
