i took the insole out and looked.

in the kicksology review, it said that it had air sole in the heal, but when i took my soles out, both the forefoot and heel looked like zoom. HOWEVER, theforefoot is way more squishy then the heels are. so im not sure anymore. the heel did have the lil zoom fibers so maybe its just not the same pressure as theforefoot.

and if anybody provides pics, hold them up to the light so the light can shine through.

i took mine out and held them up to the light and both the heel and forefoot looked lighter. guess both units are zoom based but the forefoot felt thicker andwas bulging on the insole. question is why there were holes on the bottom of the forefoot zoom air unit.
