customizing flyknit sneakers

anyone know how to customize flyknit shoes?

the check on the shoe is originally white, but this person painted it black (not sure how)

Tape off the rest of the shoe, use angelus leather prepper and then angelus paint. Be careful when u paint so that u don't paint too much in one area. It has to be evenly distributed.

You guys know if painting the swoosh on the flyknit trainers will stiffen up and flake over time?

Yea I'll bump this thread as well. 

I recently picked up a pair of pink trainer 1s for $40, and I really want to add some more black to the shoe. Pretty dope, but I can't rock all that pink.

Any news in this area? I have painted the swoosh/midsole on a few pair. Has anyone had good/bad results or ideas? I'm in the process of sectioning off a pair and trying different techniques.
