The 2 main races that came first are the indigenous Sub-Saharans from central/eastern Africa and The Capoid race. Your homie incorrectly grouped the capoids /khoisan as descendants of the Sub-Saharans/ "negroid" race. They are a completely separate race from modern black people. The 2 races diverged around 150,000 years ago. The capoid, carrying mt-DNA Haplogroup L0 migrated to Southern Africa, near the cape. Thats how they got their name. The indigenious sub saharan africans, carriers of halpogroup L1-6 migrated throughout the rest of Africa and the rest of the world.
Your 3 main race group pic on the last page doesn't take into account the Australo-Melanesians, who are a separate race entirely from 3 you suggested. No, they aren't apart of the black race. Or better put, they are just as much a part of the black race as modern Europeans or East Asians.
Up until recently it was highly agreed upon that the Capoids were the original homo sapiens that the rest of us evolved from seeing as they share similar to features to almost all racial groups alive today.
Masaman goes on to make a vid about the Capoids, claiming they are the oldest race (at least in the title).

The denial of climate change for seemingly the sole of purpose of profit is bewildering by those in charge. Lowkey the best thing to happen this year was da rona. Earth really needed a break from the high velocity of all these fumes & toxins we were emitting w/ a machinery. It's really bad. Just last week NC was in the high 60's to low/mid 70's. This week, mid 80's to low 90's. Climate change is our biggest threat & a very small proportion of people are making effort to negate the advancement of it.
