Well my good friends a little researching & I've found out who & where it's from

A special called Barbie Dance Club. It's hosted by the very, very, sexy 80's Paula Abdul. Released in 1989 it was a 30 minute VHS video of Paula showing boys & girls how to do a complicated dance called the 'Barbie Dance'.
