He's saying, have the seller write his name/your name on an index card or something, to prove these are the pair he has on hand.

for future reference on legit checking DB5s, tongue should be straight and not wrinkly at the top and should have FAMILY written across the top, jumpman's ball should also be underneath the M in FAMILY
