Wonder Woman, Flash and Cyborg are the only :rolleyes casting choices so far from DC imo

We'll probably get something small like Mike Colter confirmed as Luke Cage from Marvel..

^^ I believe the guy who is going to play Flash is going to be good.

But pretty much all the early casting have been questionable, ej. Luthor, Lois, Batman, Wonderwoman

Then it seemed like DC has done a 180

Like it was two different companies with their casting. Night and day.

Looks like I may be one of the few in on this, but I happen to like Gal playing WW. I like the released pic they dropped, I know it was mad photoshopped but it looked like she toned up at least a little, and I happen to think the accent makes perfect sense since she is coming from the Paradise Island...

I'm more worried about the rumors that are dropping about her character..something along the lines of her being around since WW2? I get it - they want to have something to reference back to for the solo movie (probably a reverse scenario of Cap)...but still, they could have came up with something better

Same here. I believe that Gal will do a great job. I hope everyone knocks their roles out the park.

Loving the Viola Davis choice for Waller

,she fits the role so damn well it's not even funny. A lot better than Oprah who a lot of people said was also up for the role.

^Yea man. If Oprah had gotten the role, I would've just gone back to laughing at DC for their casting choices again

I actually think Oprah could have given a credible performance as Amanda Waller. As reference her work in The Color Purple , Beloved , and The Butler I think she would have been good. She can definitely do dramatic work.

I love the Davis casting and have no problem with it but there is something about Waller being fat and black and fearless that made her special and it separated her from the sexy comic book characters. You can kind of say she is the antithesis of how a woman is drawn and represented in the comics? So I can see where some may resent a non-obese Waller casting.

bingo.

it would have been so cool to see an actual fat black women in that role, you never see it in comics let alone film,.
[sub]Amy Adams reacts to seeing Wonder Woman costume for the first time[/sub]
When Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman arrives on the screen in Zack Snyder's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," it will be a fairly monumental moment. After all, despite the character's legendary status in pop culture, she has never actually been portrayed in a live-action movie. One can imagine that it will be set up as a pretty exciting moment for the audience in the grand spectrum of the film, but can you imagine what it was like actually see Wonder Woman  on the set? Fortunately, Amy Adams has shared some insight on that subject.

The actress is currently out promoting her lead role in Tim Burton's upcoming docu-drama "Big Eyes," and while speaking to MTV  she revealed what it was like to actually be around Wonder Woman on the set of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." She has wrapped on her scenes as fiery reporter Lois Lane, and while she couldn't reveal too much about the filming process, she did do a big of gushing about Gal Gadot. Asked if she had the chance to be with the DC Trinity  - Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman - all in the same room, Adams told the reporter, "I can’t really say! But I will say that Gal looks really, really good in that costume. I was like, really? They make them like you? That’s awesome… For you. I’m really happy for you. Not so much for me. But, Lois is a mortal."
