yeah leave the floor as empty as you can...don't have too much furniture or it will make your studio even smaller.  

just add art to the walls and minimal furniture. don't overdo it... people's first mistake is thinking every space needs to be filled or decorated.

Mount tv..bed against the wall (free up space)..or everything else against the wall (table/desk) so u can actually walk
