yeah she should be able to get a disability check (if thats the right term). my dads main had a mild stroke. she was a manager at hh gregg prior to this. Once she had the stroke she quit work and has been chilling ever since. i personally think its lazy because there is absolutely nothing wrong with her at this point. she has gained all of her functionality back. but if she can do it, your mom should most def be able to. good luck to you.
