nice win, but the lakers really need to improve their defense
and you cant even blame the "faster tempo", some of the half court points the rockets scored was just toooooo easy...
I dont give a rats butt about pau's 15,000... how about helping protect the rim for once instead of relying on dwight so much?
and I cant believe Im going to say this but.... darius morris is improving a little bit :x

Improving a little bit? He's looking like a solid backup out there..
Hopefully D'Antoni keeps him in the game, but his love for Steve Blake :x means Morris will be back to the bench. We have to trade Blake soon. Nope, will never get that good again, D'Antoni's offense will never be cohesive with lockdown #1 defense. but it will be solid. Even a solid defense, with how smooth our offense looks will beat times easily more often than not.

I was talking about when the lakers were back on defense with their defense set. Lakers had trouble defending the pick and roll again, miscommunication, and lack of not helping the helper. Rockets had no business scoring in the paint if you ask me... we're just lucky the rockets suck. 108 is too much from an inferior team.
Everyone loves the high scoring, its fun to watch I get it... but when playoff time rolls around, we all know the game slows down ALOT, the games are ugly and more of a grind it out type of game... this is due to EVERYONE playing so much harder... what Im trying to say is the Lakers need to figure out how to stop teams from scoring when their defense is set ASAP. Letting good teams like OKC, Spurs, Clippers, Grizz score 100+ is dangerous in the playoffs IMO... If we continue to have offensive nights like this, and just get the defense down a little more... nobody will wanna see us on their schedule.
Oh about morris... he needs to have more games like this to become a "solid backup" haha Im not ready to give him that title yet...

Didn't watch the second half but didn't like that the entire starting line up was in the game at the three minute mark with us up by 14. Howard with 39 minutes is way too much in a game we controlled
